Hijuelas offers the perfect climate for the production of some of our most important crops.

Hijuelas is located in the middle of a popular horticultural region; about 100 km north of Santiago and about 1.5 hours drive from Santiago airport.

There is a perfect network here of contract manufacturers with whom Benary has worked together for many years.

New production facilities enable Benary to massively improve its collaboration with partner companies, to produce critical cultures on its own and to carry out various post-harvest processes independently.

Quality, efficiency and reliability in flower seed production are thereby further improved and permanently guaranteed.

Furthermore, the new facility has been built to strict environmental standards, further underlining Benary's claim to maximum sustainability.

The site comprises approximately 5 hectares of land with 3 hectares of production area and 10,000 m2 of greenhouse area. Approx. 1,100 m2 are used for seed cleaning, the warehouse, dispatch and office space.

Both F1 hybrids and OP seeds are produced in Hijuelas.
